Milwaukee M18 FUEL QUIK LOK

Get yard work done faster than before with the QUIK LOK system.  Read on for more details about this new system.

Milwaukee knows you can rarely get yard work done with just one tool, especially if you are in the lawn care business. Reduce the equipment you’ll need in your truck, trailer, or garage with this new system. The new QUIK-LOK Attachment System can handle a wide variety of applications with only a powerhead base.

Power it All

This system starts with the M18 FUEL Power Head and is powered by Milwaukee’s M18 battery platform. Perfect for those who want to get away from gas-powered motors and still get professional-grade power. The motor and battery combo gives instantaneous throttle response for more control while not sacrificing the adaptability the M18 brand offers with its batteries.

Imagine no longer having to go back and forth between your garage, shed, or truck to swap out tools. No more worries about having old fuel or needing fuel to get your machines working. With a simple click on any M18 device, you can be assured that you have power in your tool. Then, imagine having that same power source move to a different machine without siphoning it off from another gas tank. That’s the convenience you get with the M18 battery.

QUIK to Fit the Job

Power Head with all the different attachments

This new system lets you quickly change your tool to suit your next lawn care task. Swap between a string trimmer, a pole saw, an edger, or an articulating hedge trimmer, depending on what your job calls for next. You can then add 3’ with an extension attachment to make those hard-to-reach branches and tall hedges easy to tackle.

These quick-change attachments make you more efficient in changing from tool to tool. The accessories will save you time on your jobs and eliminate the accumulation of machines and gas tanks when you store or transport your equipment.

How Do I Get One?

You can get this new system as a kit with the string trimmer attachment (2825-21ST), or the pole saw attachment (2825-21PS). With the kit, you get the appropriate attachment and (1) the M18 REDLITHIUM HD 9.0 Battery Pack, a Multi-Voltage Rapid Charger, and the M18 FUEL Power Head with QUIK-LOK.

But don’t feel conflicted about which kit to buy. You can find each attachment separately, so either way you go, you can pick up the one you need later on. Start with the kit you need for your job; as you grow to like it, get the next attachment on your list. Or, if you really like Milwaukee and the idea of this kit, buy everything at once. Either way, this adaptive tool will show you it’s worth more than just a glance.

Why doesn’t the Milwaukee M18 quick lok have a kit that starts with the articulate hedge trimmer? At this time that is all I need, but it does not seem to come in that configuration. I would purchase it in a heartbeat if I could get it that way.

Hi Robert, Thanks for the question and we agree that it would be nice if the Milwaukee M18 Quik-Lok power unit was sold by itself and then you could pick the attachment needed. We have asked Milwaukee for it but they have not confirmed or denied the possibility.

      Thanks,

I have an Milwaukee M18 pole saw with a quick lok 3′ extension. I need to trim branches that are 14′ High.
Can I have 4 Milwaukee M18 quick lok 3′ extensions connected together?

Hello, Thank you for your question. We have not heard of a limit that Milwaukee is recommending so without trying it you should be fine to add extra extensions. We are expecting a loss of power because of the extra length but would not expect it to be a significant amount.

      Thank you,

I’ve seen that other suppliers have offered a complete Milwaukee Quik-lok outdoor set for one price, but are unavailable. Does Acme Tools offer a complete set for a comparable price?
