January 25, 2021 at 11:47 amHello, Thank you for your great question. The internal pump seals are not rated for hot water and it is designed to be used with cold water. From our experience you could use warm water on the rare occasion but we would recommend keeping the temperature of the water below 90 deg F. The issue to keep in mind is that with the increased water temperature you are also running the risk of overheating the pump which relies on the cold water to keep it at the correct operating temperature.

March 8, 2021 at 8:07 amHi Dave, The DEWALT Power Cleaner can be used with a Deck Scrubber but depending on the level of work you are looking for it to do it may or may not be powerful enough for your needs. The cordless power cleaner is designed for washing and cleaning but if you are looking for something to strip the finish off of your deck you may want to look at something with a PSI range of 1200-2000psi.
