DEWALT is releasing two new cordless XTREME ratchets, the 12V XTREME 1/4″ Ratchet Bare Tool (DCF504B) and the 12V XTREME 3/8″ Ratchet Bare Tool (DCF503B). The 3/8″ tool also comes as an extended version, the DEWALT XTREME 12V MAX 3/8″ Extended Reach Ratchet Brushless Bare Tool (DCF503EB) which is extremely helpful for confined workspaces. These ratchets are perfect for quick fastening or removal of nuts and bolts to help you complete your job.
The new ratchets offer the durability and versatility needed to handle a variety of applications. They also have the cordless compatibility feature, as they work with all DEWALT 12V MAX batteries and chargers.
Xtreme Ratchet Features
The XTREME ratchets come with many great features to help you with your projects. Both the 3/8″ regular and extended ratchet deliver up to 60 foot-pounds of max torque and the 1/4″ with 40 foot-pounds of max torque. With their glass-filled nylon housing, they’ll help combat damage that can be caused by oil and solvents. Their compact design and low-profile head allow for easier accessibility in tight locations, and the 3/8″ Extended Reach Ratchet offers a longer neck for even smaller workspaces. These ratchets also have speed control, equipped with variable speed triggers that help the users optimize their speed. Along with the speed triggers, they also have a trigger lock that will help prevent the ratchet from accidentally being activated. And lastly an onboard LED work light to help brighten up your work areas.
