Instead of wearing multiple layers that restrict movement, we have you covered with Milwaukee heated jackets and vests, perfect for dealing with the winter cold. Heated jackets reduce the need for excessive layering and frequent indoor breaks for warmth, suitable for both work and leisure outdoors.
Milwaukee Tool’s heated jackets and other clothing options come in various styles. These jackets and vests provide more heat than standard heated jackets due to a higher voltage in the heating elements. You can adjust the heat level using a power button with color-coded LEDs indicating the setting. Each coat and vest includes a pocket for storing and charging your phone. They are powered by M12 batteries, making them an ideal option for those using M12-volt tools.

What is a heated jacket?
Unlike any regular jacket, heated jackets offer extra warmth against the cold, hence the name. To do this, heated jackets and similar apparel options use tubes or wires with carbon fiber spaced inside the coat and powered by a battery to produce heat and keep you warm during outside activities.
How does Milwaukee M12 stand out?
As mentioned above, Milwaukee uses carbon fiber heating elements inside its heated jackets and vests. These jackets have a specifically designed back pocket to place the battery. If you own any M12 power tools, you’re in luck because these jackets are powered by the same M12 batteries, which will save you some money.
What should you consider?
When choosing a heated jacket, consider these key factors to find the best option for you:
Material: Consider the material of the heated jacket and the number of layers you plan to wear. It’s important to note whether the jacket is safe for washing and drying. Milwaukee Tool’s jackets, for instance, are washer and dryer-safe.
Style & Fit: Ensure the jacket seals heat effectively at the wrists, waist, and neck. Decide if you prefer a hood, the number of pockets needed, and the type of insulation and lining.
Battery & Voltage: Look at the battery life and how long the jacket provides heat. Check if it comes with a battery and charger. Milwaukee Tool’s heated clothing uses M12 batteries, which are 12V. These jackets also have pockets for storing and charging your phone with the M12 battery.
Heating Elements & Zones: Consider adjustable heating features for comfort in cold weather. Milwaukee Tool’s gear uses carbon fiber heating elements in key body areas, with adjustable heat settings controlled by a button.
Price & Function: Consider the price and the jacket’s intended use. Depending on your activities, your needs may vary between lighter and heavier jackets.

February 5, 2019 at 7:27 pmWith my job, we do a lot of work outside and I’m sure that something like this would help me out a lot. I will see about looking more into this for next year as winter is about over now so it wouldn’t see much use. I’ll just have to check and see if my boss will buy them for us so we don’t have to.

December 8, 2020 at 2:57 pmMy husband purchased a heated jacket last winter. It worked for 2 hours..then would not charge.. he returned it and they game him a free new battery, but it wasn’t really free because we already paid for the one that doesn’t work… this battery charged however it won’t heat the jacket.. I believe he payed over 200.00 and we got nothing for it because you can’t return the jacket to the store we purchased it at… so disappointing in the product and the store.

November 9, 2022 at 4:55 pmHow does the heated products work in cold and rain?is it waterproof?
Acme Tools
November 10, 2022 at 8:35 amHi Chris, Thank you for your question. The Milwaukee heated products work great in the cold. They are designed to take the chill off in extremely cold environments and provide all the warmth you need in other areas of the country with occasional cold temperatures. The majority of the heated gear is water resistant, but Milwaukee does offer a HYDROBREAK layering rainshell that is waterproof. To know if the item you are looking at is water resistant, we suggest looking at the main description of the item or the feature benefit specifications on our website.
Thank you, Acme Tools
